This is exactly the bed I needed. It is very firm and supportive without hurting me (I'm very bony and a lot of beds end up hurting my joints). I also couldn't afford a more expensive bed. I'm so glad I got it!

We found this mattress comparable to other memory foam-type mattresses we have slept on. As other sellers mentioned, it is a bit firm, I think an egg crate pad or featherbed might help with that. We noticed a plastic odor, but slept on the bed after about 10 hours no problem.
